Sample Goal Statements for PSYCH-K® Balances

Below is a list of goal statements that can be done as part of the PSYCH-K® Balance Process. These are just ideas for goal statements, you don’t have to use these exact words. The best statement for YOU will be something that resonates with you - make it your own! In my client sessions, we typically talk through the primary issues at hand and develop a unique goal statement.
