80 Affirmations and Mantras for Positive Change and Abundance

80 Affirmations and Mantras for Positive Change and Abundance

Affirmation statements are extremely powerful tools when it comes to programming - or re-programming - our minds. When we focus on what we want instead of what we don’t want, we give life to our new desires rather than living in the past.

These are just ideas for abundance and mantra statements, you don’t have to use these exact words. The best statement for YOU will be something that resonates with you - make it your own!

It’s best to have 2-3 Affirmation statements that you can repeat every morning. I highly suggest you write down each affirmation 3 times in the morning for maximum impact. You can even put them as your phone wallpaper as a reminder!

In my 1:1 client sessions, we typically talk through the primary issues at hand and develop a unique goal statement that is the opposite of the problem the client is having.

Example:

  • Problem: Client is struggling setting boundaries with work and family in order to make time for self-care.

  • Affirmation statement option 1: My time and energy are my highest priorities.

  • Affirmation statement option 2: It is easy for me to set boundaries and make time for myself.
