6 Simple Ways to Boost Your Performance and Achieve Your Goals

Whether you want to become a better athlete, better leader, or perform better in your job, these 6 simple strategies will make a HUGE difference:

1. Make time for rest AND play. πŸ›ŒπŸŽ‰ Balance is key to sustained success… see my previous posts on rest and play and how they are crucial for improving cognitive functioning, problem solving, and more!

2. Eliminate and/or reduce distractions. πŸš«πŸ“± This will allow you to be more focused, more productive, and improve your mental health.

3. Meditate and visualize DAILY. πŸ§˜β€β™‚οΈπŸŒ… Create a clear vision of your success and internalize the feeling.

4. Create 2-3 powerful affirmations, use them often. ✨πŸ’ͺ See my post about how to create powerful affirmations and repeat each affirmation at least 20 times daily or do a subconscious reprogramming session with me!

5. Learn how to regulate stress and emotions. πŸŒ¬οΈπŸ’– Being able to manage stress and emotions is essential for high performance. I have a number of videos of breathing and other stress relief techniques.

6. Do brain training exercises. πŸ§ πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ Keep your mind sharp and agile… you can do puzzles, sudoku, a crossword, legos, wordle, etc. there are so many options! This is a great way to practice problem-solving and creativity. (Ideally you don't do this on a phone/screen.)

Start incorporating these practices into your daily routine and watch your performance soar! πŸš€
