My Experience:
In addition to competing as an elite athlete for 15 years in Swimming and Water Polo, I have 15+ years in Leadership & Development, 12+ years as a professionally trained Life Coach, and I’ve partnered with hundreds of Executives, Entrepreneurs, and High Performers to help them achieve their goals.
Current Peak Performance Mindset Coach to USA Taekwondo National Team (including Olympians). Currently coaching a USA Bobsled National Team athlete. Former mindset coaching & visualization work with NASCAR Pit Crew teams. Led workshops for thousands of NCAA college athletes, with deeper team work across Volleyball, Soccer, Field Hockey, Wrestling, Competitive Cheer, and more.
Principles are sport-agnostic and performance-proven.

FAQs
Is this therapy or sports psychology?
No. This is mental performance coaching. We train mental skills and routines that hold under pressure. We’ll also reprogram limiting beliefs using PSYCH-K. You can pair it with therapy or traditional sports psych if you’d like.
How fast will I see results?
Many athletes feel a shift after the first session. You’ll start noticing bigger shifts after 3-4 sessions. We’ll build habits that improve performance across a full season and you can use for the rest of your life!
