You’ve been carrying something...

You’re the strong one. You hold it together for everyone, and it comes out as a clenched jaw, a stomach that never fully relaxes, or exhaustion that sleep doesn’t touch.

Someone hurt you, betrayed you, or abandoned you, and you’ve been "fine" ever since. Your shoulders would like a word.

There’s a grudge you’ve been holding for years. You know it’s not doing anything for you, AND you still can’t put it down.

You lost someone, or something, and you never really let yourself grieve it. So it lives in your chest now.

You’ve done the journaling, the therapy, the reframing, the podcasts. It’s helped, yet the feeling, the thought, or the heaviness is still there.

You have tension or pain your doctor can’t fully explain, and some part of you already suspects it’s connected.

Sound familiar?! You’re exactly who I made this for.

What you don’t process, your body holds

You’ve probably noticed this in yourself. You can think about a feeling from every angle, understand exactly where it came from, and still not be able to shake it. That’s because emotions don’t only live in your head. When something is too much to feel in the moment, your body stores it for you, and it stays there until you give it permission to let go.

Ancient healing traditions have mapped where emotions and trauma are stored in the body for thousands of years, and modern science is catching up. Research from Dr. Peter Levine, Dr. Bruce Lipton, Dr. Joe Dispenza, and others all points to the same thing in different words: when we push an emotion down, the body stores it, and we have to give the body permission to release it.

That’s why you can’t talk your way out of something your body is holding... you have to go THROUGH the body, and that’s exactly what we do here.

What happens in the 30 minutes

Four steps. No experience needed. You just have to be willing.

01

Open the body

Breath, tapping, and a few simple movements to get you out of your head and into your body. (This is the part most people skip, but it’s crucial!)

02

Find where it lives

You’ll pick the emotion you’re ready to release, and I’ll show you where your body tends to hold it.

03

Release it

A guided visualization that gives your body permission to let go at the root.

04

Shake it out

Music, movement, and a full-body shake to move what you just released all the way out of your system.

Most people feel a shift before the video ends.

What people are saying

So good!! I could cry! I feel so much lighter now.

Dallas B.

Tying the emotional work to physical movement was SO helpful! I released some BIG emotions. So so grateful for you creating space for us to release emotions and step into our power!!

Brooke L.

It was emotionally beautiful. I released a tension I didn’t know was affecting me. I was able to hug my childhood self and let her know that those issues were not her fault, I apologized and together, we cried.

Amy S.

This was my first time doing this and I really didn’t know what to expect. Lo was very helpful and friendly. The session flowed really nicely and nothing was forced. Felt dramatically better after.

Elizabeth D.

Lo is a light beam! She made us feel so comfortable and shared so much insight on how to focus our healing. Left feeling better than ever!

Mariessa B.

Lo was an amazing instructor. She gave me so many tools that I currently use in my journey to realignment. I would highly recommend.

Hi, I’m Lo  👋

I’m a Performance Strategist, Leadership Coach, and Speaker. I’ve spent over a decade in corporate and 14+ years coaching high performers, and before any of that I was an 8x All-American athlete. I’m trained in Energy Psychology and PSYCH-K®, and I’ve been leading emotional release and somatic healing sessions for 6+ years.

Here’s what I’ve learned from all of it: High performers don’t have a discipline problem, they have things stored in their body that are quietly running the show. This is the fastest method I know to shift and release emotions, trauma, and baggage holding you back. This is the method I use on myself and for my clients!

FAQ

Do I need any experience with this kind of thing?

Nope. If you can breathe and put your hand on your body, you can do this. I walk you through every step.

What if I cry?

Crying is good. Crying is healthy, and honestly, crying IS the release. Your body has been waiting for permission to let it out, so let it. Keep tissues nearby, give yourself the space, and know that some of the most powerful moments in this experience happen right there.

How often can I do this?

As often as you need. Every time you come back, pick a new emotion or a new event. I do it whenever something comes up, and at least once a month.

Is this therapy?

No. This experience is not medical or mental health advice and is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. It can support relief and help the healing process begin. If you are in crisis, please reach out to a professional or emergency services.

What do I need?

30 uninterrupted minutes, a private space where you can move and make some noise, a journal, and water for after.

Is this for me?

If you resonate with Eckhart Tolle, Abraham Hicks, Louise Hay, Wayne Dyer, Bruce Lipton, Dr. Joe Dispenza, David Ghiyam, Regan Hillyer, or Deepak Chopra, you are going to love this! If those names are new to you, that’s fine too. All you need is an open mind and the willingness to let go.

You don’t have to keep carrying it

You’ve held it together long enough. Give yourself 30 minutes and permission to put it down.
