I'm not a doctor and this isn't medical advice. The following are suggestions and recommendations based on my extensive research and personal testing! Also to consider: Supplements are "supplemental" - they work best combined with a healthy diet & lifestyle!
My Favorite Products - I take these daily:
Creatine
If you're only going to take 1 supplement, I recommend Creatine. It's one of the most studied (1000+ research papers), safest, and effective supplements in the world.
I take 10g daily, 5g split up into 2 separate doses - one with my first meal and one with dinner.
10g of Creatine per day has been clinically shown to improve mood and reduce feelings of depression. Also helpful under times of extra stress, travel, jet lag, and/or fatigue.

Protein
I take 20g every morning as soon as I wake up / before working out - especially important for women to protect our brains!
Their Chocolate flavor is my favorite.

Omega-3
Supports brain, heart, and joint health.
I take this daily in the morning with my first meal.
Considered one of the "foundational health supplements" by doctors and experts like Stacy Sims, Andrew Huberman, and more. (Creatine and Protein are the other 2)
L-Glutamine
the most abundant amino acid in our body! - helpful for your immune system, brain, and gut health.
I started taking this for gut health/healing and have also found it beneficial for sleep & keeping my immune system strong. I take at least 5g daily in the morning.
Recovery
It's a post-workout Recovery mix formulated to help your muscles recover - and protect your brain.
I love this after workouts - sometimes I take it before too to get some carbs.
Chocolate flavor is my favorite.
Turmeric
Supports joint health, muscle recovery, and a balanced inflammatory response.
I take this daily! One capsule with my first meal and a second capsule with dinner.

Other Products to consider depending on your needs / goals:
Vitamin D3
if you're low (most people are) this is a great supplement, especially in winter months. Also great for immune system support. I take this daily in the winter.
Vitamin B
if you're deficient in Vitamin B check out their Brain Drive product.
Note: I've personally tried this and many other B vitamin products but don't notice a difference on any of them, so a Vitamin B complex is not currently part of my routine.
Clinically studied extract designed to support stress management, focus, and cognitive performance. I've taken this in the past, not taking this at the moment, but some clients swear by it!
Supports mental performance via focus, motivation, and stress response. It’s particularly effective in helping maintain cognitive function during periods of physical exertion, sleep deprivation, or acute stress. I've been testing this a few times the past month or so and have seen some positive benefits, but TBD if I'll add it permanently to my routine.
Alpha GPC
Boosts memory, attention, and learning. This is a great caffeine alternative. I've taken this before and have noticed a boost, but I'm unclear if it disrupts my sleep - I'm sensitive to caffeine and stimulants so I am careful - more testing required for me personally but most people I know have no problem with this and love it!
Rhodiola Rosea
Clinically studied adaptogen that helps your body adapt to stress, sustain energy, and perform at a higher level. By regulating cortisol, it reduces fatigue and enhances resilience over time. I've been taking 2-3 capsules in the morning for a number of months and feel a difference if I stop taking it, so it's a part of my daily routine!
